Turkey Weight Is a extended scene from Merry Christmas, Mr. Bean. Which is not seen in the original broadcast of the episode. But was included in the American broadcasts on HBO and included in some home media versions, The scene features a butcher having a turkey weight contest, the contestant will be handed a turkey to feel and guess the weight of the turkey will win it for free. After a previous contestant incorrectly guesses the turkey weights 10 kilograms (22 pounds or 1.57 stone), Mr. Bean sneaks away before entering the contest. As the butcher hands the turkey to Mr. Bean and briefly looks away, Mr. Bean looks down and we see that he is standing on a scale, which displays 89.5 (14 stone/197 pounds). After putting the turkey down, Mr. Bean takes out his pocket calculator (Casio HL-101, ca. 1980), then looks at his own weight on the scales, displaying 75.5 (11.9 stone/166.5 pounds) and does the calculation. The butcher then hands Mr. Bean a marker and he writes 14.145 kg (31.2 pound/2.25 stones) as the weight. The butcher looks at the weight he has written down and then hands Mr. Bean the turkey, indicating that he had "guessed" right. However, as Mr. Bean leaves and another customer walks up, he trips on the scale.
