Treasure! is the 11th episode of Season 1 of the animated series.
Synopsis[]

Upon leaving a jigsaw puzzle from Mrs. Wicket's attic unfinished due to a missing puzzle piece, Mr. Bean goes on an elaborate treasure hunt which starts inside Mrs. Wicket's fireplace and ends inside a small shack in the park. Upon arriving at the shack, Bean finds a key, runs home, opens the box containing the last puzzle piece with the key and joyfully completes the puzzle.

Mr. Bean goes on a treasure hunt after finding a map in Mrs. Wicket's attic. The second place is in the owl's tree in the garden, and the third place is in the park resembling Australia (when looking above the sky). Finally, Mr. Bean finds the key, opens the box containing the last puzzle piece and solves the puzzle.
Plot[]
Mr. Bean goes to take a bath at night, but no water comes out of the faucet. So he goes to the attic to fix the pipes by tightening it using a wrench. Just then he gets scared by a series of noises such as a vase shattering, a music box playing Humpty Dumpty until it finishes, a rocking horse, and a doll facing him. Bean is relieved when he realizes it's just a mouse making all those things make noises but he shoos it away when he sees a box underneath it. He opens the box and finds a sack inside. Inside the sack contains pirate equipment such as a pirate hat, an eyepatch, and a wooden sword. He lets Teddy walk the plank using a ruler as a plank sending Teddy falling to a bucket of water. Then he finds a photo of a kid using the same pirate costume and a case that is locked. Finally he finds a puzzle set that he nearly completes but one cannot fit so he presses it using his fist and even a pan but it still does not work. Bean checks the puzzle piece and sees that it was facing the wrong side so he correctly places it. Although there is still one piece missing. Bean searches for it by emptying the sack but he still can't find it. He plays with a top but he accidentally throws it outside the window, accidentally hitting Scrapper outside. Bean finds a map showing that there's treasure inside the fireplace but it's not his fireplace. He goes downstairs and sees that it's Mrs. Wicket's fireplace. Bean sneaks in Wicket's room, almost waking her up so he sings a lullaby so she can sleep. He almost steps on Scrapper so he sends him outside. Bean is almost the the fireplace but Scrapper wakes up and meows outside, waking Wicket up so she can get Scrapper back. Fortunately, Bean is able to enter the fireplace before Wicket spots him. Inside the chimney, Bean finds a case hidden inside. After that he falls down to the fireplace back in his room where is covered in black ash. Teddy can be seen hanged as Bean is drying him after Teddy gets wet when Bean drops him to the bucket of water. Bean opens the case, revealing another map that shows two trees to the treasure. He sees the two trees in the picture, realizing the two trees are just outside. Bean finds an arrow pointing up so he climbs the tree where an owl leaves the nest, startling Bean. He puts his fingers inside but gets bitten by an owlet, thinking his finger is a worm. He looks inside realizing the egg has just hatched. The parent owl is angry at Bean for taking its baby so Bean puts it back then it flies back to the nest. Above the hole Bean sees another arrow pointing left to the second tree and then two arrows pointing downwards. Bean moves the ladder to the second tree and grabs a squirrel who narrows its eyes, unamused. Bean discovers another map and puts the squirrel back inside. The third map shows a land shaped like Australia. Bean, shocked, realizes he has to go from UK all the way to Australia to find the treasure.
The next day, Bean is inside the plane going to Australia. When the plane takes off, Bean sees, to this horror, that they are flying past the Australia-shaped park, in which was the map was intended to indicate. Thinking fast, he snatches the lady's lipstick and taps them all to his face so he can pretend he's sick. Suddenly, Bean runs to the cockpit and tells the 2 pilots to go back. With that, the 2 pilots did what Mr. Bean said to them so that he will be taken to the hospital. On the gurney, Bean pretends to be sick. And when the medic opens the ambulance doors, he makes a run for it. Now at the Australia park, Bean follows the map. He goes over the park bench where two elderly people are seated, the couple shake their head in disapproval. At the soccer game, Bean unknowingly kicks the ball to the goal then he turns right. For a brief moment, Bean looks at a statue pointing to where he is headed. Bean then bumps to the wall of a shack then he goes inside and finds the X. It's nighttime and Bean removes the wooden floor and digs there. Bean finds a small treasure chest that contains a key. He is disappointed at first but he realizes that it's the key for the locked case earlier. Bean then runs back home and unlocks the key which contains the last puzzle piece. At last, Bean is happy that the puzzle is finally finished.
