Togo Igawa (伊川東吾), born as Yoshiyuki Baba (馬場義之, born in Tokyo, Japan on 26 September 1946) is a Japanese-born actor. He provided the voice of the father of Gadget Kid in Mr. Bean: The Animated Series episode Gadget Kid, aired in 2003.
In addition to being a native Japanese speaker, he is fluent in English and French.
