Plot[]
Mr. Bean is reading a newspaper in his room, but there is nothing interesting in it, until he sees a coupon for two tickets that he can win for a cruise holiday. He writes his name and Teddy's on the ticket and puts it in the envelope. Then he puts the letter in the postbox outside. The next day, he is waiting for the mail to arrive and it is raining, he doesn't see the mailman. Next day, it is sunny and he can see the mailman outside. Unfortunately, the mailman just reads the address and leaves. Then luckily, he can see the same mailman returning and going to his front door to deliver the mail. He immediately gets the letter when the mailman puts it in the letterbox. Mr. Bean opens the envelope and sees that he won two tickets for an exotic cruise trip.
Happy that he has won, he soon leaves his house and drives to the port to board the cruise ship. First, he shows the ticket to the captain and the captain wants to take his suitcase, but Bean wants to carry his bag himself so he pulls it from the captain. The ship then departs from the port and the captain shows Mr. Bean his cabin room. The captain shows him a mini bar and then Bean takes a sweet from a bowl on the dresser, eats it and then jumps on the bed just as the captain goes to the door. He asks for a tip, and Bean gives him something else, the captain thinks it's a coin but then, behind the door he only sees an empty sweet wrapper, annoying him.
That evening, the waves are strong and rough as the captain/crew member is serving ice cream and drinks. Mr. Bean enters the restaurant, but the ship keeps swaying, making him slide all over the floor. He then sits at the table in front of a mother and her daughter. Bean makes Teddy introduce himself and Bean introduces himself. The girl makes her doll introduce herself as Dolly and introduce her owner as Susan and her mother, that she calls "Mama" to Mr. Bean. The captain/crew member serves ice cream in a glass cup to Susan and her mother. Mr. Bean then requests the same exact ice cream from the crew member, so he gets it as well and eats it quickly.
Susan and her mother are about to eat their ice cream but the waves slide the two ice cream across the table to Bean's side. Instead of giving it back to them, he eats both ice cream, annoying the mother, but making her daughter laugh. Then the ship sways again and the ice cream slides back to the Susan and her mother but then the ice cream quickly slided back to Mr. Bean. He eats the second ice cream instead of giving it back, angering the mother but still making her daughter laugh. Angry at Bean's selfishness, the mother storms off and her daughter says bye to Bean. The crew member facepalms at what just happened.
The next day, Mr. Bean is at the pool and relax area and he is in his swimming shorts and he approaches Susan that is sitting by the pool. He tells her to look after Teddy while he jumps on the diving board to plunge into a pool. After one jump, he waves to Susan and says "Hello!" to her. He then returns to the diving board to jump higher than earlier, but while jumping, he accidentally falls overboard into the ocean. Susan asks Teddy if he wants to go for a swim to which she nods Teddy, so she drops him in the ocean. She then throws a life ring for Mr. Bean to stay afloat.
The cruise ship leaves and Bean asks for it to come back, but of course they cannot hear him, so he is stuck in the ocean. Looking for a place to swim to, Bean spots a tropical island from afar, so he swims there. It takes Bean an entire night to reach the island because of its distance. The next day, he sits on the sand and looks around. When he stands up, the sand is extremely hot so he jumps to a shade made by one of the palm trees on the island. His stomach growls while he is sitting in the shade, so he decides to look for food.
He spots a coconut and a mandrill points to a coconut on top of the tree, also wanting to eat it. Firstly, Bean throws Teddy to make the coconut fall on the ground, but it doesn't work. Then, he throws a stick to the coconut to dislodge it, but yet again fails. Then he looks at the mandrill that it's looking at him. Then, he comes up with an idea of using a bamboo as a pole vault to get to the coconut and he finally knocks it off the tree, but it lands in mandrill's hands and it grabs the coconut. Mr. Bean looks for the coconut and sees that the mandrill has it; the mandrill runs away, annoying Bean he didn't get the coconut.
Later, Mr. Bean gets closer to the ocean and decides to fish near the ocean. He uses Teddy as bait to a fishing rod. A crab clamps on Teddy to which Bean pulls it. He detaches the crab from Teddy, but then the crab rips Bean's swimming shorts, leaving him nude. He hides behind a rock and the crab then jumps back to the water. Behind a rock, Bean sees the sunset and cries because he is starving from lack of food that day. While Bean is sleeping, leaning to a tree, he dreams of a feast with roasted pig because he is starving. He made shorts out of leaves to cover himself.
He smells something and he uses the bamboo as a hunting spear. Then he crawls on mud getting all muddy and sees a gathering nearby. He runs to the gathering, acting as a hungry tribesman. The gathering turns out to be just a party organised by the passengers from the cruise ship that Bean fell from. Susan's mother covers Susan's eyes due to Mr. Bean looking scary, with the parts of branches attached to his hair, being all muddy and only having leaves instead of shorts. The captain asks Bean: "Wait. Who are you?" to which he replies "No, no, it's me!" Susan recognises his voice and then everyone else knows that the "tribesman" is actually Mr. Bean, and he is finally rescued.
Back on the cruise ship, the crew member serves Mr. Bean loads of delicious food, knowing how much of hunger he felt after not eating food for an entire day. When he was about to start eating, the food suddenly moved to Susan's and her mother's side of the table, worrying Mr. Bean because her mother may decide to get back on him for selfishly eating their ice cream two days earlier. Fortunately for Bean, Susan's mother slides the food back to him and begins on eating the food quickly due to him being extremely hungry.
