Rupert Joel Degas (born 17 August 1970) is a British-Australian actor. He is best known for his voice work in animation, video games and advertising, and also as an audiobook narrator. In the 2002-2003 episodes of Mr. Bean: The Animated Series, he plays the additional voices of other characters, including the Male Celebrity.
