Mr. Bean eats at a restaurant also being dined at by a group of irritating celebrities but then he gets another crush on one of the celebrities then he gets kissed.

Plot
Mr. Bean is at his flat getting dressed since tonight is his birthday. Once he is done, he and Teddy head for the restaurant which is named Restaurant Haute Cuisine Des Toffs. Bean parks and the restaurant owner greets him but tells him to move his Mini aside. Bean ignores him but is threatened by the restaurant chef into doing it. A limo arrives, pushing Bean's Mini several meters away from the restaurant (unknowingly hitting a parked Reliant in the process). Angry, Bean honks his Mini, and paparazzi surround the celebrity couple exiting the limo; the male celebrity is holding his trophy and rudely pushes the female celebrity back inside the limo and closes the door. The female celebrity exits the limo anyway and Bean confronts him, telling him that his limo hit his Mini only for the male celebrity to leave with the female celebrity with the paparazzi following them, shocking and angering Bean. Bean storms inside the restaurant, getting blind from the camera flashes and pushes the male celebrity as he goes inside. He tells the female celebrity to stop laughing at him, and she apologizes to him.
Inside, Bean lets Teddy pick a seat and picks a seat on a platform. Bean ties the tablecloth around his and Teddy's neck. Bean opens the champagne bottle, firing the cork towards a chandelier, breaking it and dropping a bulb on the male celebrity's head. The owner tells Bean to leave because the table he chose is for the celebrities. He points to another table (one with only one chair and a vase with a single flower) for Bean to sit in. Bean leaves and unties the tablecloth so the items won't fall down. Bean pulls Teddy, forgetting that the tablecloth is still tied around Teddy's neck; the items on the table fall down, breaking them. Bean runs to his table and the owner tells his staff to put new items on the celebrities' table. The male celebrity is angry while the female celebrity laughs; he once again rudely tells her to stop laughing.
On Bean's table, Bean makes Teddy whisper to him to look at his pocket, revealing a birthday letter for Bean from Teddy. Bean opens his gift, and inside is a cupcake with a candle on it. The waiter serves a large cake for the celebrities, disappointing Bean. When the waiter can't light the match, Bean asks them if they want a match to which the owner declines. Bean lights a match to light a candle for his cake but Teddy catches fire. When Bean sees Teddy burning, he puts the fire out by putting Teddy in the tank, to which a crab grabs Teddy by the leg. After a struggle with the crab, Bean manages to get Teddy out, but the crab is sent flying and lands on the celebrity couple's cake, enraging the male celebrity and making the owner apologise nervously. Bean squeezes Teddy, leaving a puddle on the floor. Bean checks Teddy if he's okay and, to his relief Teddy is okay. The female celebrity sees Bean and makes Teddy dance for her; the male celebrity tells her to be quiet. The waiter comes out of the kitchen and slips on the puddle, injuring him and causing the food he is serving to spill on him and scatter around him. The maître d' gets infuriated at Bean for injuring the waiter and hospitalizing him; when he goes back inside, the crab is attached to his coattails.
When Bean orders fish and chips for dinner, the owner denies him the order and pulls him to the kitchen and makes him the replacement waiter, as punishment for injuring the previous one; he pushes him outside to do his job. He and the chef notice the crab grabbing the door; the owner removes the crab and tells the chef to kill the crab; the chef does so by crushing it offscreen with the rolling pin. Bean is now the waiter and the male celebrity calls him. He is ordering his food but Bean stops him because he wants ladies to go first, to his annoyance. The female celebrity orders fish and chips and the male celebrity orders lobster. And he points to the aggressive lobster in the tank. Bean is scared and the owner tells him to get the lobster because it's the male celebrity's order. Bean dangles a piece of escargot on a piece of string attached to a wooden spoon to catch the lobster but it snaps the string with its claw and eats the escargot. Bean gets various items and changes his clothes and upon exiting the kitchen, he is wearing an improvised diving gear. He goes to the tank and places the mirror in front of the lobster to distract it. While the lobster is distracted, Bean grabs it and brings it to the kitchen, worrying the owner and the male celebrity because of its aggressive nature. Inside the kitchen, Bean is using a ladle to block the claws of the lobster then he tapes its claws and turns it upside down so it can't pinch him. After Bean is finished changing back to his waiter uniform, the chef is going to boil the lobster alive, scaring it. Bean, pitying the lobster, tells the chef to stop and the chef just knocks him away. While the chef is distracted, the lobster rolls down from the pot. The chef sees the lobster gone, infuriating him and scaring Bean. The chef is seemingly about to hit Bean but instead, he grabs his coat, quits his job and leaves, having had enough of Bean's antics. Bean sees the lobster leave, to his relief.
The owner arrives and sees the chef gone, only Bean is left. The owner gives the kitchen to Bean because he's the only one left. Bean grabs a carrot and uses it as a fake lobster. The male celebrity is already losing his patience because he's waiting for so long. Bean comes out of the kitchen, while holding a serving platter with a cloche. Bean opens the dome, revealing the "lobster" made of carrots. Bean leaves with Teddy before his deception will be discovered. The male celebrity eats the "lobster", only to discover they're just carrots. The male celebrity, finally having had enough of Bean, confronts him in the kitchen. The female celebrity and the owner are now worried for Bean's safety. While the owner and the female celebrity watch through the door, the male celebrity storms inside the kitchen to confront Bean for ruining his evening. He is about to hit Bean with a pan but Bean throws a fish on his face and the male celebrity attacks him. Next, he uses sausages to lasso Bean and slams him to various utensils. The female celebrity warns Bean that the male celebrity is about to hit him with a rolling pin and he escapes but he slips on his way out the back door. Outside, Bean lies on the trash cans as the male celebrity is about to finish him. Fortunately, the lobster returns, ready to brutally attack and brutally killed the male celebrity when the lobster thinks he was an enemy, and saves Bean from the male celebrity. Bean leaves the restaurant and sees the lobster chase the male celebrity whose clothes are now ripped by the lobster; the paparazzi pursue them. Bean laughs and is greeted by the female celebrity. As they go down the stairs, the paparazzi surround them and take pictures of them.
At home, Bean has taken home a picture of him making a funny face and the female celebrity kissing him. Bean pulls out his birthday cake from his pocket and eats it. He spits out the candle and eats the top part, realizing it doesn't taste bad. Later the episode ends, and good.

- The scene where Mr. Bean used the table cloth as a napkin was inspired by The Restaurant segment from the live action episode The Return of Mr. Bean.
- Mr. Bean going to a restaurant to celebrate his birthday was also inspired by that segment.
- One of the paramedics, taking Arnie, the waiter to hospital looks similar to Mr. Bean, albeit he is taller.
Errors
- When one of the camera flashed Mr. Bean blindly, he is now wearing a tuxedo instead of a jacket.
