Nurse! is the 13th episode of Season 1 of the Animated Series.
Plot
The episode starts with Miss Wince arriving at the complex with tea and sandwiches. She rings for Mr. Bean to let her in and once he does, she goes in Mrs. Wicket's apartment. Meanwhile, Mr. Bean notices an electric wheelchair and chases Scrapper with it for fun, who finally tries to climb the wallpaper to escape, but falls down on top of Bean's head and into a flowerpot. A moment later, when the door bell rings again a courier with a flower bouquet arrives and give the flower bouquet to Bean until Miss Wince takes them to Mrs. Wicket's apartment. Curious by what's going on inside, Mr. Bean peaks in through the key hole and finds Mrs. Wicket with a broken foot being fed chocolate and given tea by Miss Wince and getting checked by a doctor. He then imagines getting that same treatment at the hospital and decides to set up a fake incident by having a makeshift dummy get dragged out of his apartment window by a rope, making it seem like he actually fell out and broke his leg in order to get into the hospital's care section.
As Mrs. Wicket's doctor exits the building, Mr. Bean 'calls' for help, attracting the doctor's attention, and pulls the rope, after the dummy's hidden behind a bush from the fall, Bean comes out from the bush he hid in and fakes injury before falling to the ground in front of the doctor, who runs to Bean to examine him. Mr. Bean indicates to the doctor that his leg is injured, screaming in pain when touched even in the slightest, making the doctor call an ambulance to come immediately while Bean can be heard laughing quietly, satisfied about his plan succeeding. The ambulance arrives and Mr. Bean is taken to the hospital, attracting the attention of Miss Wince, Mrs. Wicket, and a small group of neighbors, who all watch out of worry.
At the hospital, Mr. Bean is relaxing on his bed but is annoyed when he realizes that his fruit bowl is empty. He takes a grape bunch from a nearby patient (whose heartbeat had just flatlined). Just then, a nurse arrives to check up on him, and gives him some tea. She also takes his temperature and checks his reflexes (with Mr. Bean pretending to feel the pain by screaming). The nurse places the thermometer in Bean's mouth again for a double check, and agrees to herself after checking Bean's health that he's perfectly fine. With the nurse distracted, Mr. Bean puts the thermometer in his tea to increase the temperature meter to the highest level possible. When the nurse checks on his temperature again, she is shocked upon the sudden rise in temperature.
The nurse rushes Mr. Bean out of his room on a wheelchair, knocking an old man into a laundry basket in the process, stopping due to a notice on her instant messenger, before calling up on a nearby payphone. At the same time, Bean is curious about a private room after hearing calm music playing inside it, and because that the nurse is distracted again, he takes the chance to see what inside; he sees an injured person (possibly a rich man) having luxurious stay similar to what he dreamed about before, with a gorgeous nurse granting him what he wants and a string quartet providing music. Bean imagines having that same luxury stay in that room but the nurse finishes her call and calls out to Bean in anger. Bean pretends to wince in pain while walking back to his wheelchair. Now impatient, the nurse scoops Mr. Bean back on the wheelchair and brings him to the X-ray room. Unfortunately, the lift is broken so they decide to use the stairs instead. Upon arriving to the X-ray room, Mr. Bean notices three signs that forbids smoking, cellphones, and stuffed toys in the X-ray room, the last one alarming him. Mr. Bean puts Teddy under his gown; the nurse thinks Mr. Bean swallowed Teddy after seeing the X-ray pictures and rushes him to the operating room. But just before they enter, Bean throws Teddy beside the double doors.
Mr. Bean finds himself in the operating room with the nurse explaining to the surgeon what happened. The surgeon draws Teddy's outline with a blue marker pen on Bean's chest to give a blueprint what position Teddy is when Bean is standing up. He then asks for a scalpel and a sharpener from the nurse while she delivers the anesthesia through a syringe. As the nurse is to inject him, Mr. Bean runs out of the operating room. He retrieves Teddy outside and finds two electric wheelchairs. After accidentally causing an old lady to faint in shock in horror thanks to his exposed butt and noticing the nurse catching up, he uses one of the electric wheelchairs to escape. The nurse also gets on the other wheelchair and chases after Mr. Bean through the hospital corridors, leaving some trouble here and there for the employees, patients, and visitors. He inadvertently enters the babies room, causing the babies to wake up and cry. Suddenly, Mr. Bean notices that he is driving towards the broken lift shaft and tries to steer away, but accidentally breaks off the wheelchair's joystick, forcing him to use his hands to stop the wheelchair a few decimeters away from the lift shaft. Unfortunately, the nurse accidentally pushes him into the shaft, where he falls down and breaks his leg for real. In the end, Mr. Bean's finally gets the luxurious stay he always wanted.

Errors
- When we see the baby room, the first baby is a boy. However, when Mr. Bean enters the room the first baby is a girl.
- When Mr. Bean is going to stop the wheelchair from falling down in the broken lift we see no signs on the right wall. However, when Mr. Bean is stopping the wheelchair there are signs on the same wall.
- When we see Mr. Bean on the wheelchair in profilt, we see a lever and an activator. However, they disappear in the next scene.
- When someone phoned the nurse, she was talking on the mobile phone. However, a second later she is talking on the fixed phone.
- Some of the signs say "pretendig". However, there is no such word.
Trivia
- This is the second episode with an exclamation mark in its title, the first being Treasure!.
- The scene where Mrs. Wicket's Doctor was examining Bean is similar to the scene in Mr. Bean Rides Again where Bean was doing CPR to a man who suffered a heart attack in the Bus Stop.
- There we can see a boy with a ladle on his head. It's a reference to Emil (Astrid Lindgren) who once had a soup tureen on his head. Also that boy with that ladle has been in Goodnight Mr. Bean.
- This is the fourth time Mr. Bean reveals his butt, the first one was in The Curse of Mr. Bean, the second one was in Mr. Bean in Room 426 (both from the live-action series) and the third one was in Roadworks.
- In the Mr. Bean YouTube account, there is a scene depicting a shivering patient with an IV drip bag, which was removed for unknown reasons.
Censorship
- There aren't any cut parts in this episode. However, when aired on Boomerang Asia, Cartoon Network, and Cartoon Network HD, The buttock of Mr. Bean was cropped out of the scene.
