Plot[]
Bruiser Sr. brings some wooden planks to his house. Mr. Bean is watching his favourite clown show when suddenly Hammering noises are heard form next door, Bean gets distracted by this, but ignores it and continues watching when another wave of hammering noises can be heard and Bean gets even angrier. So he proceeds to check where it's coming from and he hears it coming from the other side. So he hits the wall and on the other side Bruiser Sr. is attaching the planks to the wall. He hears Bean hitting the wall and he hits the wall hard when the two hit each other's walls until a frame of Bean as a child falls and shatters, enraging Bean. He gets revenge by hitting the wall hard with a large candle holder, causing the planks on the opposite side to fall, much to Bruiser Sr.'s annoyance. When Bruiser Sr. picks up the two planks that have fallen, Bean hits the wall softly, causing the topmost plank to fall on Bruiser Sr.'s head. Bean thinks Bruiser Sr. has given up but he continues hammering the planks, forcing Bean to move to the kitchen. Bean opens the TV and the lion bites the clown. The clown however comes out unscathed and Bean laughs. But his laughter is interrupted by the baby of the Bruisers in the room next door, who starts crying loudly, annoying Bean.
Bean then moves to his backyard to watch and sunbathe. The clown tries to avoid getting hit by a ladder but he gets hit when he isn't looking, making Bean laugh. After Bean eats a donut, his fence is hit by Bruiser Jr's ball. Bean tells the kid to keep quiet, only for Bruiser Jr. to hit Bean's nose with his ball. Bean tries to watch the show, but unable to concentrate properly due to Bruiser Jr. hitting the wall with his ball. The ball then flies into Mr. Bean's backyard. So when Bruiser Jr. asks Mr. Bean to get back his ball Bean ignores him as revenge. An angry Bruiser Jr. kicks the doghouse, causing their dog to bark loudly as response, making Bean angry again. So Bean tosses his donuts at the dog to make it calm down but it still barks. Soon, Bean accidentally tosses Teddy into the other lawn. When he realises his mistake, he sees the dog playing with Teddy, horrifying him. Mr. Bean rushes to the Bruisers' house and asks Bruiser Jr. to give Teddy back to him. Bruiser Jr. slams the door on Bean as revenge for not giving him back his ball earlier. When Bean looks through the letterbox, Bruiser Jr. shoots him with his water gun. Bean then sees a female poodle and a male schnauzer following her. So Bean disguises himself as a female dog to distract the Bruisers' dog who is trying to reach "her". Bean goes to the Bruisers' lawn to get Teddy but fails when the dog blows his cover. Bean sees Scrapper licking himself so Bean throws the fish to the Bruisers' lawn to distract the dog. When Scrapper jumps to the other side, he and the dog start fighting. While the two animals are fighting, Bean sneaks to the Bruisers' lawn and gets Teddy back. When Bean resumes watching TV, Scrapper jumps back, holding the fish and goes home. The clown is shown dangling on the minute hand of Big Ben, making Bean laugh until loud music suddenly blasts from the other side. The mother of the Bruisers is shown sunbathing with the loud music. Bean tries to tell her to turn off the radio because he's watching TV, but she refuses to do so and crushes a soda can after taking a sip from it, causing Bean to become nervous.
Mr. Bean then goes back to his house and returns to the kitchen but leaves when the baby is still crying. So he watches TV in his bathroom. He then hears a trombone being blown by the Bruisers' daughter, which causes Bean to get extremely angry again. She blows her trombone so hard until her face turns red. Bean then proceeds to go to the attic to watch TV. When he turns it on, the clown is shown riding the unicycle upside down and using his hands to move the pedals, making him laugh. Unfortunately, he is interrupted again by Bruiser Jr. playing his drum set in his room. Mr. Bean has gone into his closet and no noise coming from the Bruisers are heard. He watches the show there, and only to notice the clown waving goodbye then “The End” appears; unfortunately, Bean realised cause the show has ended. Horrified, Bean gasps then gets very freakout facing up, and screaming in big anger loudly that actually interrupts and stops the Bruisers, who all wonder what the noise came from. They then decide it was nothing continue making their noises.
Desire to give the Bruisers karma for making him miss his show, he is recording all of the noise from their house with a recording tape to teach them a lesson for making him miss his favorite tv show. First, he records the dog barking, second, he records Bruiser Jr. playing with his drum set, third, he records the baby crying, fourth, he records the daughter blowing her trombone and lastly, he records Bruiser Sr. hammering the planks. Once it goes night, the Bruisers have finished watching a show on TV together and the baby burps out his pacifier, prompting his family to shush him. Bruiser Sr. turns off the TV and his wife tells the family to go to bed. After all their lights are cut off, Bean puts the speaker near the Bruisers' bedrooms attached to a long broom. Mr. Bean goes to bed and wears earplugs, including Teddy. He turns off his light and plays the record of all the Bruisers' noise earlier.
