Mrs. Wicket is pressured into putting the house up for sale. Mr. Bean, worried that he will be left homeless, intervenes in destructive ways to prevent the sale.

Mrs. Wicket is persuaded by a jaunty estate agent to put her house up for sale. Bean is distraught –where will he live? Not Mrs. Wicket’s problem. Bean decides to hi-jack the sales process in order to deter all potential buyers –even if it means turning the whole house upside down!
Plot[]
Bean is wearing rubber gloves and covers his nose with a clip; Teddy's nose also has a clip. Bean opens the fridge to show spoiled food, to Bean's disgust. He takes out the rotten fish using a tong but the rear part falls to the floor; he discards the fish. Bean has held is breath for too long so he opens the window and breathes there. Then he sees a house that got sold. Bean continues taking out spoiled food from his fridge but he decides to wait for tomorrow to discard them. The mover's truck leaves and Wicket returns home after shopping. The home seller man sees Bean's flat which he wants to sell so he approaches Wicket, asking her if she wants to sell her house to which Wicket says no and leaves. He shows Wicket that her house is worth £500,000, and he successfully convinces her, confusing Bean. The home seller man tells Wicket to sign the agreement he'll see her tomorrow. He puts up a for sale sign. Bean sees the number so he writes it in his hand. He calls the home seller man and he tells him that he'd like to book an appointment and he says tomorrow at 11 to which Bean agrees. Bean sees Wicket asleep so he goes to the shed and gets wooden boards and a hammer.
The next day, Miss Wince and the home seller man arrive. Bean sadly leaves his flat; he says morning to the home seller man and the home seller man says bye to him. Bean chuckles because he has a plan. While driving his Mini, Bean says hello to them; Wicket ignores Bean while Miss Wince waves back. Bean chuckles and he returns home. The home seller man fixes the photo of Scrapper and he sprays the area. He hears a knock and he looks at his clipboard, then he answers the door. It's Bean disguised as an old man and he enters, ignoring the home seller man when he tries to speak to him. After checking the foyer, Bean starts outside and goes to the shed. He tells the home seller man to go inside the shed. There is a slice of cake inside the shed. Bean locks the home seller man inside the shed by placing the cane on the hooks.
Wicket and Miss Wince are sitting on the bench in the park. A guy wants to sit on the bench to feed the birds but Wicket and Miss Wince growl at him so he leaves, scared. Bean uses a screwdriver to jam the door knob of Wicket's door. Then Bean saws the floorboards and hides his saw and screwdriver underneath it; he covers the hole with a rug. Stage 1 complete. Bean leans the photo of Scrapper and he hears a knock on the door. It's a couple and Bean lets them in while posing as the home seller man. The couple looks around when the man falls to the hole; he helps his partner cross the rug as so she won't fall down. Bean tries to open Wicket's door but it's jammed and the door knob comes off; Bean doesn't care and throws the knob away. Bean escorts the couple to his room where they are covering their noses because of the smell of spoiled food; Bean has placed a fan inside the fridge to blow the smell of rotten food. The couple hears the real home seller man banging the door telling anyone to let him out. Bean tells them the neighbors are noisy. The home seller man frees himself and storms inside. Bean tries to flee and the home seller man tries to open the door of Wicket's room. The door breaks and the three of them flee.
The next couple arrives but they leave immediately when they see Bean and home seller man fighting for the clipboard. The home seller man takes back his clipboard and goes back inside. A knock is heard and it's the real old man. The home seller man gets angry, thinking that the old man is Bean in disguise. So he tries to pull his beard but it's real. He apologizes when he realizes this beard is real so he lets him inside. While they look around Wicket's room, Bean sneaks back inside and sneaks upstairs. The old man tests Wicket's fireplace when the ceiling starts cracking. Bean is hammering the floor in his room. The old man, scared, runs away. The doorbell rings so the home seller man answers it but he falls to another hole Bean made. He opens the door to see two people but they leave immediately when they see the house is in bad shape. Bean is sitting on the landing, holding wooden boards and a crowbar. The doorbell rings and a woman sees drawings of cracks and spider webs everywhere. Bean dresses up as a ghost to scare the woman away. The home seller man removes his disguise and Bean snickers. He tries to get the woman back but she flees and the home seller man falls to the same hole again.
Wicket and Miss Wince are relaxing at the cafe and they look at an album of them as friends in their youth. The employee takes a photo of them and hands them their bill and candy. They toast their coffee. Back in Bean's flat, Bean attaches a rope on his door knob. The home seller man tapes Bean and Teddy on chairs so Bean will no longer interrupt him. He looks at his clipboard and only one guest left. Bean tells the guy to free him to which the home seller man tells the guy not to mind him. The home seller man shows the guy the kitchen but he's having a hard time opening the door because Bean tied a rope to the door knob connecting to the fridge door knob. He opens the door, and the spoiled food fall on him and the guy. Disgusted, the guy flees with the home seller man pursuing him. Bean is disgusted with the smell so he tries to escape but he slips and falls to the muck, disgusting him. Miss Wince says bye to Wicket when the guy, covered in spoiled food, flees from the flat with the home seller man still pursuing him. The home seller man, finally having had enough of Bean ruining his chances of selling the flat, tells her the deal's off and removes the for sale sign. Wicket goes back inside and she falls to the hole Bean made; she sees the flat is a mess. She hears banging noises from Bean's room so she furiously yells Bean. Bean, still taped to the chair, tries to escape but he falls to the fish, disgusting him. Mr. Bean break free from duct tape and get revenge on House Seller Guy.
