Synopsis[]
Mr. Bean makes the strangest perfume that smells really bad after he accidentally spills Mrs. Wicket's brand new perfume!
Plot[]
Mr. Bean holding a ring and he tells Teddy he'll throw the ring and Teddy'll catch it. Bean throws the ring but it slices through Mrs. Wicket's flowers and Bean gets the ring again. Then Bean smells something delightful. He smells the flower but he sneezes so it's not it. Bean smells Teddy and it's not him. Bean continues smelling and he covers his eyes while stepping on more of Wicket's flowers. He smells Wicket through the window and says beautiful. Wicket hears Bean so she turns around and Bean gets shocked when he sees Wicket. Wicket shows Bean her perfume which she bought for her birthday. Wicket sprays some more, causing Scrapper to escape via the pet door because he doesn't like the smell. She sees her garden is destroyed so she angrily takes the ring, to Bean's dismay. Wicket sprays some more and she says Miss Wince is gonna love her perfume. While Wicket is enjoying her perfume, Bean tries to get his ring via the window but Wicket catches him and closes the window, and Bean's tie gets stuck. Bean frees himself but his tie is overstretched so he fixes it.
Bean sees Wicket placing his ring on the table and she leaves her room so Bean runs back inside via the front door. Wicket leaves to go shopping and Bean stops the door from closing so it won't get locked. Bean goes to Wicket's room to get his ring. Bean gets his ring, knocking over Wicket's perfume. He tries to prevent it from crashing to the floor. When Scrapper bursts in through the pet door, shocking Bean and making him try to prevent it from crashing to the floor again. Bean holds the perfume just as Scrapper goes in front of him to relax. But Bean, not noticing Scrapper, trips on him and spills all the perfume. Bean gets the perfume, nearly slipping in the process, and gets scared knowing that Wicket will get angry at him. So Bean mops the perfume and places it in the bucket where he puts it back in the jar via a funnel. Unfortunately, it's too little so Bean adds water. Bean smells the perfume but it no longer smells good.
Bean looks outside and he gets an idea; he'll make his own. He gathers the destroyed flowers from Wicket's garden and he crushes them using a rolling pin. Second, he grates a chocolate bar. Third, he tries a toothpaste but it smells bad so he uses powder instead, making him sneeze when there's too much powder. Fourth, he gathers the leaves. Fifth, he washes Teddy and squeezes him, making liquid drip to the jar because it's Teddy smell. When the ingredients are done, Bean shakes the jar. Once Bean's done, he puts the jar on the table. Scrapper jumps on the table and rubs the jar so Bean shoos him. Bean realizes Scrapper likes the fish in the jar. After smelling the "perfume", Bean needs something yellow so he uses lemonade and shakes it to make it yellow. Suddenly, Wicket and Miss Wince arrive so Bean fixes the "perfume", gets Teddy, and runs back outside only to return because he forgot his ring. Unfortunately, Wicket and Miss Wince are already inside so Bean hides behind a curtain. Wicket uses the perfume on Miss Wince so she can try it but Miss Wince seemingly doesn't like it, confusing Wicket who smells the perfume. She looks for Bean starting with the trash can and she spots him inside her broom closet. Bean bumps his head on the pan, sending it outside so Bean leaves the broom closet and Wicket gets his ring. She tells him that's not her perfume but Miss Wince likes it so she sprays herself with it. Scrapper purrs and rubs himself to Miss Wince because he likes the fish smell. But Wicket takes the perfume because it's hers now. Wicket asks Bean if he can make more of the perfume to which Bean says he can.
Later, there're three women outside and Miss Wince lets them in and a cat jumps on the fence. Wicket tests the perfume on the women and theirs will better be ready soon. Scrapper wants the perfume but Wicket puts him outside. Bean is in his bathroom making the perfume. He checks if he has all the ingredients and he smells the perfume when he feels there's something missing. Looking at the cats outside, Bean remembers the missing ingredient is fish. Wicket asks the elderly lady how many does she want. Special offer is 2 for the price of £2 and she pays Wicket £10. Miss Wince lets two women have a sample and the other elderly lady likes it. Back in Bean's bathroom, Bean puts the perfume in the jars and he adds the fish. Cats are now everywhere because of the fish smell. Bean enters Wicket's room carrying the 4 perfumes and he gives them to the 4 women there including Miss Wince. Bean gets annoyed when he sees Wicket counting cash; Wicket hides the cash from Bean. Bean rants because he's not receiving any share. So Wicket gives Bean his ring back which isn't enough for Bean because he made a lot of perfume. Scrapper returns inside and purrs at Miss Wince because of the fish smell. He wants the perfume which Miss Wince tries to stop him. Later, there are more cats outside and they all enter because of the fish smell. Wicket angrily reminds Scrapper to go outside and Bean shoos the cats. A cat knocks over the perfume of the woman, revealing the fish inside. Scrapper licks the fish and Wicket smells the smelly fish. Wicket furiously kicks Bean outside her room and she and Miss Wince discard all the perfume to him to get rid of all the cats. Wicket opens the door to get rid of all the cats. Because Bean now smells strongly like fish, he flees from all the cats, including Scrapper. The women, including Miss Wince, get all their money back because of the hidden fish in their perfume. While Bean continues to flee from the cats.
