Synopsis
After Mrs. Wicket breaks her leg, Mr. Bean is forced to look after her pet cat, Scrapper.
Plot
Mr. Bean is playing loud surfing music while pretending to surf with an ironing board and a hair dryer. For Teddy, he is pretending to water-ski with a flatiron. Downstairs, Mrs. Wicket bangs on the ceiling, demanding Bean to be quiet. Hearing this, Bean stops the music and contemplates why would Mrs. Wicket ruin his day, until he thought of planning to surf down the stairs. Outside, the milkman delivers milk for Wicket just as Bean surfs down the stairs using his ironing board. This proves to be a bad idea as the ironing board hits both Wicket and Scrapper, injuring the former and sending the latter flying. The legs of the board land on the two milk bottles, making it move similar to a skateboard. Bean rolls to the wheelbarrow and lands outside the gate. He sees Wicket and the milkman injured.
Wicket later goes to the hospital to treat her injuries. One of the medics removes Scrapper from the gurney because pets are not allowed and gives him to Bean, to his disgust. With Wicket at the hospital, Bean has to take care of Scrapper but looking after Scrapper isn't easy because they hate each other. Scrapper, upset at Bean for injuring Wicket and sending her to the hospital, runs back inside. Bean readies Scrapper's food bowl and the cat eyes a goldfish, wanting to eat it. Bean saves the goldfish from Scrapper but a vase lands on his head. Scrapper shows Bean his food bowl because he's hungry. Bean gives Scrapper a banana which he pushes his food bowl aside, not liking it. Inside the pantry, Bean shows a pineapple, a cabbage, a spaghetti, and a can of tomato, all of which Scrapper doesn't like. He then finds a can of fish that he tries to reach but Scrapper climbs on the ladder, knocking it and Bean over; and the can lands on his head. Angry, Bean is about to discipline Scrapper but stops when he looks at the photo of Wicket, remembering that he has to take care of her cat. Bean tries to open the can using a can opener but he doesn't know how and the can opener breaks. He crushes the can using a drawer and the door, both of which fail. Now out of options, Bean decides to put the can in the microwave which is a bad idea because it's unsafe to put metal inside a microwave. Knowing the microwave will explode, Bean ties a pan with a long stick to get the fish. The microwave begins to spark and when the timer reaches 0, it explodes, breaking the window and sending Scrapper to a tree. Bean once again looks at the photo of Wicket, scared because she'll punish him. Bean tries to get Scrapper off the tree so he gets a long rope and a lug wrench then ties it at the back of his Mini. With the tree bent, Bean tries to get Scrapper to come down but he doesn't want. The rope loosens and Scrapper is sent flying to the sky. A man in an airplane is reading a book when he hears Scrapper screeching. Scrapper flies all the way to outer space then falls back to Earth.
Bean frantically drives off to get Scrapper while Scrapper falls down. While Bean is driving, he is looking at Scrapper falling, not looking where he is going; nearly hitting a woman pushing her pram. Bean then parks at the park and sees the warden. He removes a ticket from a red car nearby and puts it in his Mini so he wouldn't be fined. In the park, while he tries to get Scrapper, he steps on a tube of salad cream, splattering two elderly people in their faces, kicks a soccer ball which causes a boy to trip, and scatters leaves a man had just collected, to his anger. Bean then pulls a trash can where Scrapper falls inside. When Bean returns to his Mini he throws Scrapper inside and returns the ticket to the red car which the warden had placed another ticket already. When Bean leaves the owner of the red car is angry at the warden because he has two tickets.
Bean and Scrapper return home where everything's a mess. The phone rings where Wicket is the caller. She tells Bean that she's coming home so her room should be clean. Panicking, Bean cleans Wicket's room in a hurry. While Bean is pulling the wire of the vacuum cleaner, Scrapper pushes a ball of thread towards the vacuum cleaner which sucks it. Bean sees the thread being pulled by the vacuum so he tries to remove it to no avail. Wicket is at the door, returning from the hospital. Scrapper then gives Bean an evil smile and leaves, knowing that he will be in big trouble. Bean takes out a broom just as Scrapper goes to Wicket. She opens the door to see Bean about to hit her with a broom, shocking and angering her. Even The vacuum cleaner explodes, infuriating Wicket further and then she uses the crutch to murdered Bean. An injured Bean is now in the ambulance, happy that he's away from Wicket and Scrapper. Unfortunately, Scrapper has stowed away in the ambulance. He snarls at Bean then he scratches him, injuring him further.

Censorship
- Boomerang Asia cut the part where Mr. Bean microwaved the can of fish due to it being an extremely dangerous act.
- The scene in which Mr. Bean loses control while "surfing" in slow motion, despite being dangerous was cut.
Errors
- When the Traffic Warden is checking Mr. Bean's mini if they have a penalty, the registration of is STE 552H instead of STE 952R.
- When Scrapper walks over to Mrs. Wicket (who just came from the hospital), when Mrs. Wicket says "Aww...", her mouth does not move. Also, in that very same scene, just before she says "...Scrapper", a one-note buzzing sound is erroneously heard for one second.
- The yellow truck that stopped at the intersection (shown at the 7:13 mark) suddenly turns red (shown at the 7:16 mark), during the sequence when Mr. Bean was driving his mini looking into the sky while trying to catch Scrapper.
