Bean Bug is the 14th episode of Season 3 and 118th episode overall of Mr. Bean: The Animated Series. It originally aired over CITV on September 30, 2019.

Synopsis[]
Mr. Bean gets fleas in his flat, it take 24 hours to fumigate and he asks Mrs. Wicket to stay with her for the night in her flat. She agrees, but only if he does her jobs. The next day Mrs. Wicket gets fleas and asks Mr. Bean if she can stay with him. He agrees, but only if she does his jobs.
Plot[]
Mr. Bean returns home and tells Teddy he's home but Teddy's missing so Bean looks for him. Then it is revealed Scrapper is playing with Teddy so he tells Scrapper to get off Teddy to which Scrapper threatens to attack Bean. Bean gets a trash can lid he can use as a shield, then he gets a bowl he can use as a helmet, and a tong as a weapon. Now armed, Bean is ready to fight Scrapper. Bean grabs Scrapper using the tong and locks him out the window; while Scrapper's locked outside, Bean makes a mocking face at him. Then Scrapper slides down using the pipe. Bean can now read his comic book when Teddy suddenly starts springing to life, scaring Bean. Using a magnifying glass to investigate, Bean reveals that Teddy has fleas from Scrapper. So Bean puts Teddy in the washing machine to clean off the fleas. Bean then suddenly itches so he uses a fork to scratch himself then he scratches himself using the side of the wall, then using an umbrella. The umbrella suddenly opens so Bean pulls it from his back and he sees fleas, realizing that he also has fleas. Bean tries to kill the fleas but he realizes they're everywhere. He uses a phone book to kill them but he ends up damaging his things instead. Bean realizes he's holding a phone book so he calls pest control to fumigate the fleas.
The eksterminator woman arrives in Bean's room and she tells Bean to leave because she'll spray the room. Downstairs, Mrs. Wicket is watching TV when she hears a knock so she answers the door and Bean is outside. He tells Wicket he needs a shower because he has fleas so Wicket closes the door because of that reason. But Wicket changes her mind and lets Bean take a shower in her bathroom. In Bean's room, the exterminator women is still fumigating Bean's room. While Bean is taking a shower, Wicket brings his clothes to the washing machine. The fumigator continues to fumigate Bean's room and she tapes Bean's room. Bean pays the fumigator and she tells him to stay out for 24 hours irritating Bean because his clothes and Teddy are in there. Wicket is watching TV when Bean knocks again so she, annoyed, answers it. Bean asks Wicket if he can stay with her for just 24 hours. Fortunately, she agrees and Bean will stay for only 24 hours. Bean decides to watch TV but he doesn't like any of the channels until he switches to a racing game which he likes. Wicket turns the TV off and tells Bean if he wants to stay in her room, he has work to do. She tells Bean to clean her dishes. Wicket is watching TV while Bean cleans the dishes. After Bean finishes washing the dishes, Wicket tells him to dry them using a towel. Wicket is impressed after Bean cleaned her kitchen. So she tells Bean to make tea for her. Bean boils the water and gets the cup. Wicket tells Bean the tea is on the top shelf. Bean makes the tea for Wicket and later she's dipping the cookie on the tea. He tries to get but Wicket stops him. The washing machine stops so Bean's coat is ready; Bean gets his coat, only to realize it shrank because it was boil washed.
Bean asks Wicket if she has any more jobs and gives Bean a list of "few" jobs that is actually many when Bean opens it. So Bean cleans Wicket's laundry. Then he vacuums Wicket's room, blowing a raspberry at her when she isn't looking. Next, Bean starts cooking food and serves them to Wicket. Of course, when Bean returns to the kitchen, there are many dirty dishes he needs to wash. After Bean's done with the chores he sits down to which Wicket tells him it's Scrapper's spot so he sits on the floor. Wicket turns off the TV because it's time for bed. It's nighttime and Bean's unable to sleep due to Wicket's loud snoring. Then Wicket confronts Bean while her face is filled with lotion, scaring him. She tells Bean he forgot to put the bins out so he puts the trash outside but the door closes, locking him out and forcing him to stay the night outside.
It's morning and Wicket opens the door because it's breakfast time. Bean looks at the clock until it reaches 12pm, and Bean is happy because 24 hours has passed and he can finally go back to his room. Scrapper goes to Wicket's lap. Bean goes back to his room, happy that he's finally free from Wicket's room. He gets Teddy from the washing machine. While petting Scrapper, Wicket discovers he has fleas so she puts him down and she scratches herself. She calls pest control and the exterminator women tapes her room, telling her that she has to stay out for 24 hours. Wicket asks the exterminator women where will she stay to which the exterminator women says it's not her problem and she leaves. Wicket begs Bean to let her stay in his room for 24 hours to which he agrees. Now Wicket has to do Bean's chores as karma for letting him do her chores the previous day. While Bean is reading his comic book, Wicket gives him tea and she asks anything else. Bean asks Wicket where would she like to start, and Bean's bedroom is a mess. Wicket furiously yells Bean while Bean relaxes in triumph.

- Even though Bean treats Teddy as if he's alive he gets scared when Teddy suddenly starts moving, showing that Bean genuinely knows that Teddy isn't alive.
